三解脱門 (Jpn san-gedatsu-mon )

    Also, three gates to emancipation. Three kinds of meditation to free oneself from the sufferings caused by illusions and attain enlightenment.They are
  (1) the meditation on nonsubstantiality, i.e., that all things are without substance or absolute self-nature;
  (2) the meditation on non-discrimination; because all things are without substance, there are no essential differences among them; and
  (3) the meditation on non-desire; because there are no essential differences among things, there is nothing that should be desired or aspired to.
