Space Treasury
虚空蔵菩薩 (Skt Akashagarbha; Jpn Kokuzo-bosatsu)

A bodhisattva whose wisdom and good fortune are said to be as vast and boundless as the universe. In the True Word ( Jpn Shingon) school, he appears as the central deity of the Space Treasury court of the Womb Realm mandala, where he is pictured seated on a lotus blossom wearing a crown adorned with jewels representing five kinds of wisdom; in his right hand he holds a sword of wisdom, while in his left he holds a lotus blossom of fortune and a wish-granting jewel. Space Treasury was also worshiped in Japan independently of the True Word school from early on.
