NAM KUN CHOK DEN CHÖ KÜI KHA YING LÉ
In the sky-like space of dharmakaya, emptiness endowed with all kinds of skilful means supreme,

YENLAK DÜN DEN LONG KÜI NYA GYÉ DA
Rises the full moon of the sambhogakaya mandala, complete with its seven attributes,

DUL JÉ TSO LA SAMYÉ TRUL KÜI TSUL
Manifesting for all those to be tamed in nirmanakaya forms that defy the imagination:

GYUTRUL DRAWAR GYUR LA SOLWA DEP
Masters of the Web of Magical Illusion, to you I pray!


SHAR CHOK SILWA TSAL GYI DUR TRÖ DU
In the east, in the charnel ground of Chilly Grove,

YANG DAK TUK KYI SANG DZÖ GO CHÉ TÉ
Opening the door to the secret treasury of Yangdak, the Wisdom Mind,

DRUB NYÉ YI SHYIN TER LA WANG GYUR WÉ
You attained siddhis, and mastery over the wish-fulfilling treasure:

LOB PÖN HUMKARA LA SOLWA DEP
Master Humkara, to you I pray!


LHO CHOK KU LA DZOK PÉ DUR TRÖ DU
In the south, in the charnel ground of Perfect in Form,

JAMPAL KU YI SA BÖN LEK TAP PÉ
By sowing the seed of Manjushri, the Wisdom Body,

DORJÉ SHYI YI DRÉ BU YONG MIN PA
You reaped the full harvest of the four vajras:

JAMPAL SHYÉNYEN SHYAP LA SOLWA DEP
Manjushrimitra, at your feet I pray!


NUP CHOK PÉMA TSEK PÉ DUR TRÖ DU
In the west, in the charnel ground of Lotus Heap,

PÉMA SUNG GI CHU TER RAP GAL NÉ
Crossing Hayagriva’s ocean of Wisdom Speech,

JITA JI NYÉ KHYEN PÉ NOR TOP PA
You discovered the riches of the knowledge of the multiplicity of things and of their true nature:

LU DRUP NYINGPÖI SHYAP LA SOLWA DEP
Nagarjuna Garbha, at your feet I pray!


CHANG CHOK LANKA TSEK PÉ DUR TRÖ DU
In the north, in the charnel ground of The Mound of Lanka,

PHURPA TRINLÉ DORJÉI TSÖN DUNG PÉ
Striking with the vajra weapon of Kilaya—Enlightened Activity,

SI SUM YING SU DROL WÉ TU TOB PA
You obtained the power to liberate all three worlds of existence into space:

PRA CHEN HASTII SHYAP LA SOLWA DEP
Prabhahasti, at your feet I pray!


SHAR LHO LHUN DRUP TSEK PÉ DUR TRÖ DU
In the south east, in the charnel ground of The Spontaneously Accomplished Mound,

BÖ TONG MAMÖI GA MAR TAK ROL WÉ
Through everlasting enjoyment as lover of the mamos ‘Calling and Despatching’,

ZAK MÉ DECHEN LANG TSO RAP GYÉ PA
You maximized your experience of uncontaminated great bliss:

DHANA SAM SKRII SHYAP LA SOLWA DEP
Dhanasamskrita at your feet I pray!


LHO NUP SANG CHEN ROL PÉ DUR TRÖ DU
In the south west, in the charnel ground of The Display of Great Secrets,

YÖNTEN DÜDTSII CHÜ LA LONG CHÖ PÉ
By employing the vital force of the nectar of Enlightened Qualities,

PO MÉ JA LÜ CHOK GI KUR SHYENG PA
You arose, without transference, in the supreme rainbow body:

BIMA MITRÉ SHYAP LA SOLWA DEP
Vimalamitra, at your feet I pray!


NUB CHANG HÉ CHEN DAL WÉ DUR TRÖ DU
In the north west, in the charnel ground of Pervasive Great Joy,

JIKTEN CHÖTÖ PUNG TSOK RAP NGAM PÉ
By crushing the forces of Worldly Offering and Praise,

MA RUNG DÜ DÉI YUL NGO PAM JÉ PÉ
You conquered the armies of the unruly legions of maras:

ROMBU GUHYÉ SHYAP LA SOLWA DEP
Rombuguhya, at your feet I pray!


CHANG SHAR JIKTEN TSEK PÉ DUR TRÖ DU
In the north east, in the charnel ground of Mound of the Worlds,

DRAK NGAK MÖPÉ MÉ PUNG RAP BAR WÉ
By igniting a fireball of Maledictory Wrathful Mantras,

PÉ GOL TSI SHING TSEK PÉI TU TOB PA
You gained the power to incinerate aggressors and their forests:

SHANTI GAR BHÉ SHYAP LA SOLWA DEP
Shantigarbha, at your feet I pray!


KU SUM GYAL WÉ SHYING KHAM TAMCHÉ DU
In all the pure realms of the buddhas, of the three kayas,

DRUP DÉ GYÉ LA NGÖN PAR CHANG CHUB NÉ
By directly attaining enlightenment in the eight sections of practice,

RIGDZIN NAM SHYII GO PANG CHOK NYÉ PA
You attained the supreme state of realization of the four vidyadharas:

ORGYEN TÖTRENG TSAL LA SOLWA DEP
Orgyen Tötreng Tsal, to you I pray!


DÉ TAR SOLWA TAP PÉ GYAL NAM KYI
Through this prayer of mine,

KHYEN TSÉ NÜ PÉ CHINLAP PAL YÖN KUN
May I obtain all the blessings, auspiciousness, and qualities of the wisdom, compassion and power of all the buddhas,

DAK GI LEK TOP DORJÉI KUR MIN TÉ
And maturing into the vajra body,

MA LÜ DRO WÉ PAL DU GYUR WAR SHOK
Bring auspiciousness and good for every single living being!


This prayer to the eight supreme vidyadharas, ‘A Constant Stream of Blessings’, was composed by the Dzogchen yogin Jikmé Trinlé Özer, for whom no obstacles due to doubts ever occurred since he had been properly empowered into the mandala of the secret mantra yana. He attained confidence in this prayer, which arose instantaneously at the request of Döndup Gyatso, a Rabjampa of the Gelugpa tradition at Kokonor in the north. By the power of the merit of writing this prayer, may the blessings of the vidyadharas enter the mind-streams of all with whom he has a connection.
