Buddhism offers incredibly rich methods to develop our concentration and discriminating awareness, and to lead our lives in an ethical way. However, not everyone wants this wrapped up within a religious context, so here we present the three trainings, along with the eightfold path, within the context of Buddhist science and philosophy as helpful guidelines for a happier life.
