Dr. Alexander Berzin

Buddhism offers incredibly rich methods to develop our concentration and discriminating awareness, and to lead our lives in an ethical way. The Three Trainings

Right Speech, Behavior and Livelihood

Right Effort, Mindfulness and Concentration

Right View and Intention
