From the Pari Gyatsa

Begin with refuge and Bodhicitta

I turn for refuge to the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, Through the merit I create by giving and the other perfect actions May I become Buddha for the benefit of all.

The Four Immeasurable

May all sentient beings have hainess and its causes, May all sentient beings be free from suffering and its causes, May all sentient beings not be searated from sorrowless bliss; May all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free of bias, attachment and anger.

The Actual Sadhana

From within emptiness the essence of my mind appears as the syllable Dhi. Radiating light it performs the dual activity and gathers back to transform me into Manjushri Ah Ra Pa Tsa Na. White of body, I have one face and two hands. In my right I hold a sword of wisdom and in my left a book. My hair is tied up in five buns atop my crown, I am dressed in divine cloths and silks, and lavishly adorned with precious jewelry; I sit in the vajra asana.

My heart is marked with a syllable Dhri from which light radiates inviting the wisdom being which is similar to myself. I make offerings there toward with Om Argam Pratisaye Soha [and so forth]

And with Dza Hung Bam Ho it dissolves into me.

[I become marked with the syllable of enlightened body speech and mind] A white Om at my crown; a red Ah at my throat; and a blue Hung at my heart.

Make offerings as before and praise with:

Homage to you, Manjushri epitome of youth; You are the brilliant lamp of wisdom illuminating the entire world!

Recite Om Ah Ra Pa Tsa Na Dhi as much as possible.

Conclusion

Recite the 100 syllable mantra of Vajrasattva:

Om Vajra Satto Samaya Manupalaya Vajra Satto Tenopatichtra Dridhro Me Bhawa Sutokoyo Me Bhawa Supokoyo Me Bhawa Anurakto Me Bhawa Sarwa Siddhi Me Prayatsa Sarwa Karma Sutsa Me Tsittam Shriyam Kuru Hung Ha Ha Ha Ha Ho Bhagawan Sarwa Tathagata Vajra Mame Muntsa Vajri Bhawa Maha Samaya Satto Ah Hung Phat

Make offerings as before and praise with:

Homage to you, Manjushri epitome of youth; You are the brilliant lamp of wisdom illuminating the entire world!

Dedication

Through the merits of these virtuous actions May I quickly attain the state of a guru-buddha And lead all living beings, without exception, Into that enlightened state.

May the supreme jewel bodhichitta That has not arisen, arise and grow; And may that which has arisen not diminish But increase more and more.

Just as the brave Manjushri, and Samantabhadra too, Realized things as they are, Also I dedicate all these merits in the best way, That I may follow their perfect example.

I dedicate all these roots of virtue With the dedication praised as the best By the victorious ones thus-gone of the three times, So that I might perform the noble bodhisattvasdeeds.

Long Life Prayer for His Holiness the Dalai Lama

In the land encircled by snow mountains You are the source of all happiness and good; All-powerful Chenrezig, Tenzin Gyatso, Please remain until samsara ends.

Long Life Prayer for Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche

You who uphold the Subduer's (thub) moral way; Who serve as the bountiful bearer (zö)-of-all, Sustaining, preserving and spreading Manjunath's victorious doctrine (ten); Who masterfully accomplish (drub pa) magnificent prayers honoring the Three Jewels, Protector of myself and others, your disciples: please, please live long!

At the request of HE Dagri Rinpohe this poor attempt at translation was made by the inconceivable idiot, the English savage, Tenzin Jamchen (Sean Price) aided enormously by the sublime blessings and assistance of Kyabje Rinpoche himself and of Geshe Tenzin-la. With special thanks to Geshe Tenzin Zopa.
