In Tibetan Buddhism and Bon, Menngakde (Tibetan: མན་ངག་སྡེ, Wylie: man ngag sde, THL: men-ngak-dé, Sanskrit: upadēśavarga), is the name of one of three scriptural and lineage divisions within Dzogchen (Great Perfection atiyōga). Dzogchen is itself the pinnacle of the ninefold division of practice according to the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism. Menngagde focuses on rigpa. The Menngagde or 'Instruction Class' of Dzogchen teachings are divided into two parts: trekchö and tögel.

Мэннгагдэ, также Мэннгагде, Мен Нгак Дэ (Вайли: man ngag sde; санскр.: Upadeshavarga IAST; «сообщаемое тайно») — третий из трёх разделов учения и текстов Дзогчен, «раздел Тайных (устных) Наставлений», «Сущностный раздел», «раздел Упадеша». Также эти учения называются Ньинг-тиг (санскр.: citta-tilaka IAST), что означает «сущность ума». Три раздела Дзогчена, как их представил Манджушримитра, — Семдэ («раздел Природы Ума»), Лонгдэ («раздел Пространства») и Мэннгагдэ («Сущностный раздел») — развились от различных подходов разных линий передачи учения. Тем не менее, как отмечает Намкай Норбу Ринпоче, «достигаемое состояние созерцания одинаково для всех трёх разделов».
