Dhyāni—Bodhisattvas ; The five Dhyāni—Bodhisattvas of Tibetan Bsm. are emanations from their respective Dhyāni Buddhas (q.v.). They are Avalokiteshvara (q.v.) or Padmapāni, Samantabhadra (q.v.), Vajrapāni (q.v.), Ratnapāni and Visvapāni.
