Does Vajrayana have anything like Feng Shui?
Does Vajrayana have anything like Feng Shui where certain elements and colors are arranged in a room to acheive balance?

Many tibetan teachers are also masters of the art of Geomancy which is the equivalent of feng shui. H.E.Tai Situ Rinpoche is very proficient at this and there is also a video of his teaching on the subject available at Samye Ling bookstore, Scotland.

There's a chapter on geomancy in Vol 2 of Khenpo Khatar's commentary on Karma Chakme's Mountain Dharma

My memory is that it's about the use of geomancy in identifying a suitable place for long retreat.

It is called sa che (sa dpyad), but it deals more with txternal landscapes than interoior design, though some works also contain tips for setting up retreat cabins. Tibetan culture has some traditional recommendationsfor household layout, but as far as I know, these are not classed as sa che.

Lama Zopa has said that Feng Shui, after Buddhism, is best. Here is one of the FPMT Venerables who teaches it and wrote a book about it:
May all seek, find & follow the Path of Buddhas.
