Gampo-pa ; Tibetan saint and author (1077–1152). Regarded as a reincarnation of Srong-tsan-Gampo; hence his name. A pupil of Marpa (q.v.) and his successor, As such, one of the founders of the Kagyu School (q.v.). His greatest work is The Precious Rosary, trans.
