Hall of the Good Law
善法堂 (Skt Sudharman; Jpn Zembo-do)

    According to The Dharma Analysis Treasury, a structure said to be located to the southwest of a palace called Correct Views, the dwelling of the god Shakra in the center of the Heaven of the Thirty-three Gods on the peak of Mount Sumeru. It is said that Shakra and the other gods of this heaven gather in the Hall of the Good Law to judge the good and evil actions of humans and gods.
