Kashag Invokes State Oracle Nechung to Offer Obeisance

Dharamshala: The Kashag of the Central Tibetan Administration today invoked Nechung, the official state oracle of the Central Tibetan Administration at a brief ceremony held this morning at Nechung Drayangling Monastery.

The ceremony was attended by CTA President Dr Lobsang Sangay, Chief Justice Commissioner Mr Kargyu Dhondup, Speaker Pema Jungney, Justice Commissioners, members of the Kashag, members of the standing committee of the Tibetan Parliament, and secretaries, senior officials and staff of the various departments of Central Tibetan Administration.

The Central Tibetan Administration observes this annual ceremony to pay respect and gratitude to Nechung, a key state oracle of the Central Tibetan Administration
