Realm of Nothingness

無所有処 (Skt Akimchanyayatana; Jpn Mu-shou-sho)


    Also, Akimchanya Realm, Heaven of Nothingness, or the realm where nothing exists. The second highest of the four realms of the world of formlessness. Meditation that leads to rebirth in this

realm is called meditation on the Realm of Nothingness. The life span of beings in the Realm of Nothingness is sixty thousand kalpas.
