As we commemorate Earth Day, we delve into the profound connection between sound baths and our planet's well-being. Sound, as a primal force, reverberates through the very fabric of existence, echoing the rhythms of nature itself. In a sound bath, we harness this inherent power to harmonize not only our individual energies but also to resonate with the Earth's vibrational frequencies.
This event is a fundraiser for SFDC Tickets now available - Please reserve in advance!

The Tibetan Buddhist practice of Tonglen is an ancient and beautiful method that uses the breath to transform suffering on the path, our own and others. This skillful method can be adapted to any situation and practiced on the spot. And it's very powerful to do in community. Join us in a half day of practice where we will explore together the power of our breath and our bodhicitta, that which connects us all. Everyone welcome, new and experienced practitioners alike.
Thursdays left: April 25, 7-8:30
Join special guest & author Kevin Griffin for reflections on the interweaving of Buddhism and recovery, drawing from the core teachings of the Buddha as well as the Heart Practices of loving kindness and compassion & focusing on overcoming craving and healing the wounds of addiction.
