༄༅། །མཚོ་རྒྱལ་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་བཅུད་བསྡུས་བཞུགས།
The Concentrated Essence: A Sādhana of Yeshe Tsogyal
བླ་མ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མར། །
lama yeshe khandromar
In the guru and the wisdom ḍākinī I take refuge;
སྐྱབས་མཆི་འགྲོ་དོན་བྱང་སེམས་བསྐྱེད། །
And for beings’ sake, I generate bodhicitta.
རང་ཉིད་སྐད་ཅིག་དྲན་རྫོགས་སུ། །
rangnyi kechik dren dzok su
Perfect in the moment of recollection,
རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མཚོ་རྒྱལ་སྐུར། །
I am Vajrayoginī in the form of Yeshe Tsogyal.
གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་སྲོག་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ལས། །
salwé tuk sok ngak treng lé
From the mantra garland at my heart’s vital core,
འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོ་འདུས་དོན་གཉིས་བྱས། །
özer trodü dön nyi jé
Rays of light emanate and return, bringing twofold benefit.
སྣང་གྲགས་ལྷ་སྔགས་ཆོས་ཉིད་ངང་། །
nang drak lha ngak chönyi ngang
Appearances and sound are deity and mantra in the state of dharmatā,
བདེ་ཆེན་ཐིག་ལེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་འཁྱིལ། །
And everything coalesces within a single sphere of perfect bliss.
ཨོཾ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་བྃ་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ།
om jnana dakini bam harinisa siddhi hung
Oṃ jñāna ḍākinī baṃ harinisa siddhi hūṃ
བསྐྱེད་པའི་སྣང་ཆ་སྟོང་པར་སད། །
kyepé nangcha tongpar sé
Generated appearances are awakened into emptiness,
སྟོང་པའི་རང་རྩལ་ལྷ་རུ་ཤར། །
And emptiness’s own inherent energy arises as the deity.
འདིར་འབད་བསོད་ནམས་འགྲོ་ལ་བསྔོ། །
dir bé sönam dro la ngo
Any merit gained through these exertions, I dedicate to beings.
དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །
May all be auspicious so that twofold benefit is spontaneously accomplished!
ཨ་རིའི་དད་ལྡན་ཕོ་མོ་འགའི། ཉམས་ལེན་ཁྱེར་བདེར་ཛྙཱ་ནས་བྲིས། །
