The meditation practice of Hridayakasha Dharana works with breath, awareness and emotion, witnessed within the space of the heart.
This is not ultimately the physical region around the heart, but a more subtle spiritual space where feelings and emotions are transformed into peace, joy, harmony and love.
The name comes from Sanskrit, Hridaya (Heart), Akasha (Space) and Dharana (to hold the mind at one point).
