Ngawang Kunga Sönam (Wyl. ngag dbang kun dga' bsod nams) aka Jamgön Anye Shyap ( 'jam mgon a myes zhabs) (1597-1659) was the 27th throneholders of the Sakya school; he composed around twenty volumes of writing, including a famous history of the Kadampa order, known as the Kadam Chöjung.
