Haimavatah; One of the Hinayana School, a subdivision of Sthavirandin. It was a school of the snow mountains, a schismatic philosophical school.
གངས་རིའི་སྡེ། (Wyl. gangs ri'i sde ) Pron.: gangri dé Haimavatāḥ, school of the snow mountains, "a schismatic philosophical school, one of the five subdivisions" of the Māhāsaṅghikāḥ.
