The Two Stages Of Guhyasamaja Tantra
Tibetan Buddhist Encyclopedia is now 14 years old
Our Encyclopedia recently received a wonderful opportunity for a major renewal on its 14th birthday . After many years of growing our Encyclopedia had become bit slow and sometimes even decided not to answer when people knocked on the door.
A very big thank you and blessings to Dmytro Rudiy (rudiy.nl) for his great work in upgrading the server, website and all of the infrastructure and helping make TBE fast and reliable again for everyone!
We kindly ask our readers to help us cover the cost of this important upgrade and also help with the ongoing costs of keeping the Encyclopedia alive and freely available.

Explanation of the generation and completion stages of Guhyasamaja Tantra.
The presentation of the generation stage includes an explanation of the visualization and generation of the mandala and the deities therein; we will also learn how to carry death, intermediate state and rebirth into the path.
The presentation of the completion stage includes the six branches: the isolation of body, isolation of speech, isolation of mind, illusory body, actual clear light, and the union of clear light and the illusory body.
This subject is studied on the basis of Lama Tsongkhapa’s A Lamp to Illuminate the Five Stages and the commentaries on the generation and completion stages by Aku Sherab Gyatso.
In order to study this subject, one needs to have received a highest yoga tantra empowerment from a qualified lama.
